Yangjiang Xinhuan Water Service Co., Ltd. was established in 2010 as a holding enterprise of the group, with a total investment of 130 million yuan and a registered capital of 40 million yuan. It adopts the BOT method for investment, construction, and operation. The four sewage treatment plant projects in Yangjiang City, including Gaoxin, Yinling, Chengnan Phase I, and Chengbei Phase I, have been in operation for 26 years, with a daily treatment capacity of 50000 tons.
The Yinling Sewage Treatment Plant (Phase I) project in Jiangcheng District is located in A15 District of Yinling Industrial Park. The total investment of the project is 26.0472 million yuan, and the treatment process adopts an "A/A/O integrated biochemical tank". The project covers an area of 10950 square meters and has a total design scale of 50000 tons per day. It will be constructed in three phases: the first phase will be 10000 tons per day, the second phase will be 20000 tons per day, and the third phase will be 20000 tons per day. The first phase of the project was officially put into operation on October 1, 2013, with an operating period of 25 years. The scope of services for the first phase of the project includes domestic sewage and industrial wastewater from living supporting areas such as Yinling Industrial Park and surrounding residential areas.
